The program will include information on how to set the tone of the interview, body language and how to pose questions. Relevante will also address dealing with difficult auditees, classic indicators that someone is not being truthful and how to present issues in an exit interview. This will be an interactive session where participation from the audience is encouraged. This session will be helpful to all levels in Audit but will be particularly useful to those who lead audits or have relationship management responsibilities.

In summary, the majority of respondents consider both revenue and cost based strategies more valuable in long-term rather than in short-term.

Deborah will discuss methodologies used to allocate indirect, management, general, and fund raising costs to realistically report total program costs and overall operations. Jeffrey is a CPA (NY) and a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP). He received his B.S. in Accounting from St. John’s University. Jeffrey is also a member of the AICPA and the PMI (Project Management Institute).
After receiving his B.S. from Bentley College in Waltham, MA, Donald started his career with Scott Paper in Boston as an Accounting Trainee. He moved to Scott’s facility in Westbrook, ME as a Capital Accountant & A/P Supervisor, and then was promoted to a Material and Wood Accountant. After three years in Maine, he moved to Scott’s corporate HQ in Philadelphia where he spent four years as a Senior Internal Auditor.
Donald moved to Foamex International after Scott Paper, where he spent the last 22 years rising through the organization in roles of Manager of Manufacturing Accounting, Operations Controller, Controller of the Automotive SBU, Director of Corporate Planning, Controller of the Consumer Products Group, and Director of Internal Audit. While at Foamex, Donald received an MS in Organization Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania.
Donald lives in Wilmington, DE and is active in several community and religious organizations.
