The consultant’s services included the preparation of schedules, MD&A comments on acquisitions, the review of footnotes, and the compilation of work papers. The consultant also created a spreadsheet for 10K work papers. Additionally the consultant reviewed the Income Statement and Balance Sheet and provided comments variances and fluctuations for the Controller.
