William founded Relevante with a hands-on appreciation for the challenges faced by CFOs of growth companies trying to manage to profitability while building financial reporting processes to meet the needs of internal and external constituents. He values having the right talent at the right time to get the job done and has successfully positioned Relevante as a trusted resource to help Fortune 1000 and middle market companies with financial resourcing and consulting needs. As President, William works to ensure that the vision of Relevante drives the daily operating activities of the company. He also participates in a leadership role on consulting engagements.
Prior to Relevante, he was Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of LLuminari, a DuPont spin-off providing health and wellness information services to Fortune 1000 companies. In that position, he was responsible for financial and tax matters and helped the organization to gain funding, build its network of healthcare thought leaders, and become a profitable leader in its industry.
Prior to LLuminari, William served as Chief Financial Officer for Kingdom Vacations, a certified Disney travel wholesale company. In that position, he served on the executive management team that successfully grew the company from $25 million to over $90 million in sales over a five-year period.
William is a CPA licensed in Pennsylvania. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from College Misericordia, graduating summa cum laude, and holds an MBA from Lehigh University's College of Business and Economics. |
