Chris Henrich, Esquire

 

Christian J. Henrich is an Associate in Damon & Morey’s Business and Corporate Department where he concentrates on general corporate matters and venture capital initiatives. Prior to joining Damon & Morey, he was the Chief Operating Officer of Quantum Leap Innovations, Inc., a software company providing artificial intelligence software products to the United States Air Force and Navy, as well as manufacturing clients such as DuPont. Under his direction as Chief Operating Officer, Quantum Leap was awarded the prestigious Tibbetts Award, the U.S. Small Business Administration’s annual award for excellence.

 

Mr. Henrich began his legal career with Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnell in Wilmington, Delaware, where he advised clients on the conformance of business transactions with Delaware’s General Corporation Law and general corporate matters. While at Morris, Nichols, he served as counsel to LLuminari, Inc., a business providing science-based, women’s health oriented products and information. He advised LLuminari through its spin-off from DuPont and subsequent merger with SusanLoveMD.com as well as subsequent rounds of angel and seed investment. At the present time, he serves LLuminari on its Board of Advisors.

 

Mr. Henrich served as an infantry officer in the United States Army, resigning his commission as a Captain in 1995. His appointments in the military included serving as a general’s aide to the Commander of the Joint Readiness Training Center and the second-in-command of an Airborne Ranger Company in the 75th Infantry Regiment.

 

Mr. Henrich is admitted to practice in both New York and Delaware and is currently a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Delaware Bar Association, and the Upstate Venture Association of New York. He is an active member of the Buffalo Rugby Football Club and lives in Orchard Park with his wife and two children.
