As Executive Vice President of Aline Solutions, Douglas Neary is leveraging his 25 years of consulting and corporate leadership experience to guide clients in the application of risk and performance analytics to drive financial performance, operational efficiencies, regulatory compliance and optimal value from strategic IT investments. By bringing the know-how of decision analytics into the executive suite, he is able to work with business leaders to assure their success in managing change, integrating acquisitions, deploying enterprise scale software, expanding product markets or even transforming work place cultures.

Previously, Doug served as CIO of a $2B international consumer packaged goods manufacturer, and led global management consulting and systems integration business units for the IBM Corporation, Cap Gemini and Day & Zimmermann International. He was also the founder and CEO of a venture-capital-funded software-as-a-service, which in 2001 enjoyed a brief heyday providing on-demand content collaboration and publication management services for clients in regulated industries.

Doug is a frequent lecturer on information risk management and the application of emerging technologies in managing strategy, risk, performance, regulatory compliance and business process improvement. He holds a BS and an MS in structural engineering from the University of Maryland.

Christopher D. Coigne, CPA / CFF, CIA, CFE, is a skilled practitioner, savvy advisor and acknowledged expert and in Governance, Risk and Compliance business practices. He has over 25 years of experience in public accounting, controllership, internal audit management and risk / performance management, working with a diverse list of global, publicly-traded companies. He currently serves as Practice Director, Risk and Performance Management Services, with Aline Solutions.

Earlier in his career, Chris was a pioneer in the application of risk management analytics to optimize financial reporting controls. In guiding the Sarbanes Oxley compliance initiatives for a range of Fortune 1000 clients, he has been able to help a number of organizations achieve greater levels of assurance while substantially reducing their related internal and external audit costs.

A popular conference presenter to risk and audit management professionals, he also serves as an AICPA Discussion Leader on the topics of internal control, risk management and fraud. A Certified Public Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor and Certified Fraud Examiner, Chris also holds a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from Rowan University.
