Paul Gelinas is the Practice Manager for the IKON Consulting Services’ Process & Workflow Group. He is certified as an AIIM ECM Masters (ecmm) and was chosen as one of the first 100 candidates within the IKON organization to enter the Six Sigma Black Belt program.

Paul's focus is creating document capture, workflow, and document management solutions as well as leading a team of consultants that automate workflow processes for IKON’s partners. He has consulted with clients in varied industries including higher education, third-party administrators (TPA), banking, credit unions, and government contracting, to include: Earth Tech, Credit Union Central of Ontario, Bancorp South, International Transmission Company, Harris Corporation, Maricopa County Community College District, Kern Health Systems, and Ensemble Real Estate.

Paul has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and a Master of Business Administration degree from Saint Leo University.

Tim is an Assurance Partner with our Private Company Service practice, based in our Philadelphia office. Tim has more than 17 years of service in public accounting, primarily serving private companies, many of them in the distribution sector. Tim also has significant merger and acquisitions, strategic and business plan development and global integration experience. Tim has worked in our Essen Germany office from September 1996 until September 2000, where he worked with our Transaction Services group and Assurance practice. Tim has been the lead engagement partner on both European and US clients and successfully coordinated and completed several cross border transactions involving companies in England, Netherlands, Germany, Czech Republic, Hungary, Mexico and the United States. He has instructed Audit Approach, Internal Controls, US GAAP and International Accounting Standards courses in the United States, Germany and the Czech Republic.

Tim’s portfolio of clients has included both privately held start up enterprises, as well as several global privately owned clients with revenues up to $2 Billion.

Dean R. Bishop

At Oracle, Dean Bishop is a Senior Solutions Consultant focused on the Enterprise Projects and Financials product lines within the E-Business suite. In this capacity, he manages the overall solution design for businesses implementing the Oracle E-Business suite. Dean has been with Oracle for three years.

Prior to joining Oracle, Mr. Bishop was the Vice President of Information Technology for Davaco of Dallas, Texas. Mr. Bishop was responsible for managing all aspects of their technology infrastructure and business platforms. He led the selection, negotiation, and implementation of Oracle’s E-Business suite during his three year tenure at Davaco. Bishop was also responsible for the product management and enhancment of the company’s online sourcing platform.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Bishop managed large ERP system implementations and outsourcing engagements for EDS and Perot Systems. He also worked with several Internet start-ups leading the development and implementation of distributed order management and e-commerce platforms for Sears, FedEx, and Sabre.

An alumnus of University of Texas at Dallas, he earned two masters degrees in Accounting Information Systems and Financial Accounting. Mr. Bishop received his bachelors of business administration from Texas Tech University. Dean is an active member of the Construction Financial Management Association and Project Management Institute.

Rhonda R. Grate
Principal Sales Consultant

Rhonda R. Grate is a Principal Sales Consultant at Oracle Corporation, focusing on Enterprise Performance Management and Business Intelligence Applications. In this role, Rhonda assists organizations in understanding the value of identifying performance improvements in the area of Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting, as well as Business Intelligence. She also focuses on educating organizations on “Best Practices” within these areas, as well as how to gain better business performance.

Rhonda is based in Dallas, Texas and has been with Oracle for 4 years. Prior to joining Oracle she was employed by Hyperion Solutions for 5 years, where she focused on Business Performance Management Applications. Prior to moving into the Sales arena, Rhonda spent over 13 years providing consulting and software development for Employer Health Benefit Programs. She worked in a leadership role for major Insurance carries such as Aetna, Mass Mutual and Value Health.

Rhonda has worked with many major corporations in all Industries throughout her career. Most recently she worked with Pride Mobilily, Omni Hotels, Healthmarkets, and Stream Energy.

Rhonda received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Texas A&M Commerce. She has completed the Heath Insurance Association of America certification program, and two units of the Certified Employee Benefit program.
