LLP Mirat is a Director in PwC’s Risk Management practice specializing in risk and compliance, including enterprise risk management. Over the past five years he has worked with clients to assist in aligning and setting risk and compliance objectives and designing controls and testing programs.
He has over 11 years of experience in advising clients on assessing, designing and implementing program change. He has performed large scale assessment and implementation of related program alignment, cost reduction, process improvement, and technology integration.
He also brings project management experience. He has worked with pharmaceutical companies as well as companies in other industries including retail, consumer, energy and entertainment.
Mirat holds a JD from Fordham Law School and a Bachelor of Science degree from Columbia University School of Engineering and Applied Science. |

Joe Atkinson is a Principal in PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Advisory practice, based in the Philadelphia office. Joe serves as the US Operations Leader of PwC’s Governance, Risk & Compliance services. He is a Certified Internal Auditor and a Certified Information Systems Auditor.
Joe specializes in helping clients improve performance of their risk and compliance practices, including evaluating and improving internal control systems. He has helped clients evaluate complex governance, risk and compliance processes and assisted them in implementing improvements to achieve greater efficiency and effectiveness. He has worked collaboratively with clients to implement practical compliance and risk management frameworks in order to help clients identify and more effectively manage strategic, operational and financial risk on a sustained basis.
Joe graduated from the Smeal College of Business at the Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance.
