Relevante, Inc., a leading provider of accounting and technology solutions, is pleased to announce that Tom Thew has been promoted to Director of Recruiting.

 

Tom will serve on the company’s leadership team and will be responsible for managing the recruiting function. “Tom joined Relevante seven years ago as a recruiter and quickly emerged as a leader. He was promoted to a Team Lead role in 2006 and has been responsible for leading the US based Recruiting Team while maintaining his own book of business,” said William Brassington, President & CEO. “Over the years, Tom has proven his ability to lead while being a strong individual contributor. He has been a mentor to his team and an advocate for continuous improvement” Brassington added.

 

Prior to Relevante, Tom spent five years working in a management capacity with Northwestern Human Services. He was responsible for the oversight and management of a team of 15 people working within a facility for Adjudicated Youth.

 

Tom holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Shippensburg. He lives in Philadelphia with his wife and son.
