Horsham, PA, February 6, 2008: Relevante, Inc., a leading provider of accounting and technology consulting solutions, is pleased to announce that William Hibert, CPA, and Charles Petosa, CPA, have joined its consulting team. William will be assigned to the company’s Jersey City, NJ office and Charles to the Horsham, PA location. William brings more than 20 years of experience, managing the internal audit function in diverse financial institutions such as Bank of America, Fidelity Investments, Neuberger & Berman, and Smith Barney. He has a B.A. from St. Francis College, an MBA in Taxation from St. John’s University, and is a CPA. He resides in Staten Island, NY.

 

Prior to joining Relevante, Charles was a Project and Quality Assurance Manager at GR Consulting. His career also included work as CFO for Diccicco Battisa Communications, Inc., Tax Director and Subsidiary Controller for Drexel University and various projects as Interim Controller. Charles received both his B.A. and MBA from LaSalle University and is a CPA. He has also taught accounting at Montgomery County Community College.
