Horsham, PA. August 18, 2005: Relevante, Inc. today announced the establishment of a wholly owned subsidiary based in Hyderabad, India. The subsidiary will service the company’s US-based clients with financial and BPO projects and will also support the company’s administrative and back office needs for its growing US operations.

The company appointed Kiran Zachariah, ACA, MBA as its Manager of Operations for the Indian entity. Zachariah will manage the offshore team based out of Hyderabad. “The Relevante India team will support the company’s goal of delivering timely, customized, and cost effective solutions to its US clients,” said Zachariah.

 

Relevante India has plans to hire up to 20 additional associates over the next 12 months in its new state of the art facility.
