Tom Thew Serves as the Director of Recruiting at Relevante and is a member of the Management Team with responsibility to provide strategic and operational leadership over Relevante’s Recruiting Function. This role includes operational oversight of both US and India based Recruiting support.

Tom started his recruiting career seven years ago with Relevante and has been one of the top producing recruiters throughout his tenure with Relevante. He was promoted to a Team Lead role within the organization in 2006. In this role he has been responsible for leadership of the US based Recruiting Team while maintaining his own book of business.
