Phanish Adivi , MBA, LLB

Director – Relevante India

As a Director at Relevante, a leading provider of accounting and technology solutions, Phanish manages the offshore team based out of Hyderabad, India which includes US recruiting team, Domestic Recruiting and Sales Operations team and other administration team.

Prior to Relevante, Phanish worked as a Technical recruiter for a US based consulting firm. He was involved in recruiting consultants for various US companies for various projects

Prior, Phanish was involved with all the operational and financial activities for a non-profit organization.

Prior, Phanish worked as an Internal Auditor for a Mutual fund company. He was involved with preparing auditing reports, warrant reconciliation and brokerage calculations.

Phanish has completed his MBA in Human Resources from Pondicherry University and also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Osmania University. He resides in Hyderabad.
